Ottolenghi style food

We have been providing Ottolenghi style food for the  last ten years for clients who  wanted fresh vibrant and exciting flavours at their events. If you have been to any of his London restaurants you will have seen that all his food is fresh each day,  if  a salad spends the night in a fridge it looses the vibrancy as well as lots  of the health benefits. Nearly all of our  foods are prepared on site freshly,  a few foods, benefit from maturing overnight like Iman Bialdi and it is not feasible to make pavlovas for 120 in a tent on the day.  It is more expensive and logistically far more challenging to make them fresh  as these sorts of salads have lots of ingredients and require a lot of different methods.
